Return Policy

Our products are carefully packed in durable envelopes to withstand transit. If you encounter any issues due to a manufacturing defect or other concerns with your product, please reach out to us with clear images and a detailed explanation of the problem. We will address the situation as quickly as possible.

Refunds that are approved will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package. Shipping costs for approved refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not provide refunds for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Damages & Issues
